Cancelation Poliocy

Horse/Rider Treatment Cancellation Policy:

Notice Requirement:

To cancel a horse/rider treatment appointment without incurring charges, a minimum of 12 hours' notice is required before the scheduled treatment time.
Provide a medical or vet certificate.

Late Cancellation:

If you are unable to provide the necessary 12 hour notice for cancellation, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment cost.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Payment Deadline: Payment is required a minimum of 2 weeks before the workshop date.

Health-Related Cancellation:

If you are unable to participate due to health reasons, you must provide a valid medical certificate.
Upon submission of the medical certificate, you are eligible for an 87.5% refund of your payment (with the remaining 12.5% covering the cost of the workbook provided in advance).

Alternatives:

Alternatively, you have the option to:
- Fill your reserved space with another participant of your arrangement.
- Keep a credit for the next available workshop.

Emergency Cancellation: In the case of any other emergency necessitating cancellation, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of your payment.
